How to Attend

Wylie's Baths does not manage bookings for our partners, you will need to book with them directly.

Costs

You will pay your instructor directly for your class. You will not be charged entry to the facility so long as you are there to attend your class and then depart. If you plan to attend Wylie's Baths for a lounge, have a tea, coffee, or swim, you'll need to purchase an entry to Wylie's Baths.

These classes are designed and run by a physiotherapist specifically for older people wishing to improve or maintain their leg strength, balance, and posture. The equipment is set up as a circuit incorporating resistance bands, dumbbells, step box, balance board and foam roller and the exercises can be tailored to suit the individual's needs.

Discover the joy of Pilates with stunning ocean views, refreshing sea breezes, and the calming sounds of the waves. Our classes take place on the deck at Wylie’s Baths, sheltered under a marquee to ensure comfort in all weather while enjoying this iconic coastal setting.

Group classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 15 participants per session. Classes cater to mixed abilities, and Deanne works closely with each participant to help establish their level and guide them toward improved strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

Daniella Goldberg PhD of Yogarama (yogarama.net) is the founder, sharing outdoor yoga mindful meditation and wellness experiences connected to nature. She offers mindfulness in small groups at Wylies Baths and online, yoga and meditations classes at Wylies Baths and on-line and retreats including wellness day retreats, weekends and adventure overseas retreats. Daniella has + 500 hours professional training. She shares yoga and meditation to empower people to reduce stress and live each moment mindfully, to experience your best life. Have a health or wellbeing class or event you'd like to bring to Wylie's Baths? Contact us on swimnow@wylies.com.au with your proposal. We have a dedicated & professional group of providers, and we are always open to meeting new people and hearing your ideas! Unfortunately, we don't have the capacity host any additional fixed timetable classes but we are certainly open to one-off seminars or similar and would love to hear from you with an outline of your proposed activity. Wylie's is first and foremost a public swimming pool and a public gathering place, so it's important that any health and wellbeing activities have minimal impact on our un-structured recreational space. The Northern Marquee is a great space and a "quiet carriage" where we are able to offer a semi-private deck space for massage and group wellbeing classes without encroaching on the general atmosphere of a laid back beach-side lounge area.
