Yoga with Sol (Wednesdays): Please note that Sol will have a two week break at the start of November 2020. His first session back at Wylie's in November will be on Wednesday, 18 November.
How to Attend
Booking is essential for all providers under their Covid-19 Safety Plans. Wylie's Baths does not manage bookings for our partners, you will need to book with them directly.
You will pay your instructor directly for your class. You will not be charged entry to the facility so long as you are there to attend your class and then depart. If you plan to attend Wylie's Baths for a lounge, have a tea, coffee, or swim, you'll need to purchase a 10 Entry Pass at the gate.
Class fee (payable to your instructor): $20
No shared mats are available due to current Covid-19 restrictions.

Since qualifying as a physiotherapist Katherine has specialised in exercise & rehabilitation for our older population. She started the Coogee Diggers Aqua class over 20 years ago, worked at Wolper Hospital for 12 years and is committed to keeping older people fit, happy & independent.

Pilates classes with spectacular views, fresh sea breezes and the sounds of the ocean. Classes are held on the deck under a shelter, so we are protected from the elements while enjoying Pilates at this iconic location.
Provider Profile: Daniella Goldberg & Instructors of Yogarama
Yogarama is community of like-minded people and teachers that share an outdoor yoga and mindfulness practice connected with nature. Daniella Goldberg is the founder of Yogarama and Retreats. She studied yoga and mindfulness to help others discover the power of yoga to reduce stress and live each moment more mindfully.
Classes are slow paced, with a focus on building flexibility, strength, balance and alignment. Suitable for all ages and levels.
Suzanne's yoga is practised gently with graceful movements, holding postures longer, with concentration on the breath and calmness of mind.

We have a dedicated & professional group of providers, and we are always open to meeting new people and hearing your ideas! Wylie's is first and foremost a public swimming pool and a public gathering place, so it's important that any health and wellbeing activities have minimal impact on our un-structured recreational space. The Northern Marquee is a great space and a "quiet carriage" where we are able to offer a semi-private deck space for massage and group wellbeing classes without encroaching on the general atmosphere of a laid back beach-side lounge area.
