Venue Hire Options


Wylie's Baths is one of the most spectacular venues on the east coast - the perfect venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions, anniversaries, birthday parties, corporate functions, cocktail parties and charity nights.

Functions are held under the main marquee and northern marquee on the top deck overlooking the historic Baths, Coogee Beach and Wedding Cake Island.

Our event catering partners can also work with you to decorate the marquee with theming, lighting and table arrangements.

In the event of extreme weather, oceanside panelling is available to ensure your guests are comfortable while enjoying the spectacular views.

If you are wanting to hold a smaller function for under 30 guests, we can host you in the Northern Marquee.


Please contact for further information, availability and suitable catering options:


  • 4pm onwards @ $200 + GST per hour (2 hour minimum).
  • Includes set up & pack down time.
  • Flat-rate cleaning fee applicable: $150 + GST.
  • Security fee applicable: $100 + GST per hour.
  • Bookings for Saturday nights can only be made 4 weeks prior.
  • The baths will remain open to our patrons during opening hours.
  • Key holders can access baths after 7pm during smaller functions.
  • Smaller functions to conclude by 10pm.
  • BYO Wine and Beer only (to be served in plastic cups).
  • 50% fee required to secure booking. $200 + GST bond required to cover incidentals.

  • Venue hire is from 4pm until 10pm(small events).
  • Venue hire is from 6pm until 11pm (large events).
  • All guests must be off site by 10pm for small events.
  • All guests off site by 11pm for larger events.
  • Noise management plan required to ensure minimal impact on our neighbours.
  • No glassware allowed (to avoid breakages on the pool deck below).
  • Bar service must use polycarbonate in lieu of glassware.
  • No candle flames or smoking.
  • Security to be hired for all events.
